By placement
Arm and wrist tattoos: small symbols, dates, fine line. Forearm and upper arm: portraits, hannya, figures, the first piece of a sleeve. Shoulder: mandala, lettering, flowers. Back: dragons, butterflies, large compositions. Ribs and chest: script and fine line. Calf and thigh: realism with room to breathe. Ankle, nape, behind the ear, fingers: the subtle ones.

By theme
Animals: lion, wolf, snake, dragon, butterfly, your pet as a portrait. Figures: angel, Medusa, Spartan, Greek mythology, hannya. Symbols: cross, evil eye, clock, compass. Anime and game characters, if that's your thing. Nature: flowers, rose, olive branch, wave. Words: names, dates, Roman numerals, quotes, calligraphic script — including Greek lettering for visitors who want to take Patras home. And the personal ones: family tattoos, couple tattoos, matching friendship tattoos — one design, two bodies.

For women, for men, for anyone
Fine line on an ankle or a full black & grey sleeve — there are no 'women's' and 'men's' tattoos, there are designs that suit a person and a placement. In the portfolio you'll see both ends and everything in between.
Fresh and healed
A tattoo photographs beautifully the day it's done. The test is months later: whether the lines stayed clean and the shading stayed put. That's why we ask clients to drop by for a healed photo — and why the captions say 'fresh' or 'healed'.
Is all the work by Spartakos?+
Yes. Everything you see here and on Instagram was made in the studio at Maizonos 7-9, by the same person.
Can I ask for something from the portfolio?+
You can ask for the style and the placement. The design will be yours — we don't repeat the same tattoo on two people.
Do you do matching tattoos for couples or friends?+
Yes — the same design or two designs that connect, on the same day. Tell us the idea for both of you.
Do you do pet portraits?+
Yes, in black & grey realism or fine line. We need a clean photo with good light.
